The CAAL highlights government and partner support for its new centre
The Centre d’amitié autochtone de Lanaudière (CAAL) is highlighting the support it received from the Quebec and Canadian governments and its partners that is crucial to completing its new complex in Saint Charles Borromée.
The $27 million project will include transitional housing units, a local clinic, and community and cultural spaces to meet the needs of a rapidly growing community and will foster connection, promote dialogue and sharing to strengthen connections between Peoples.
This foundational project truly demonstrates the strength of collaboration among public, community and Indigenous partners.
